Having spent most of her career in organizations with less than 100 employees and having owned a small business herself, Morgan recognized a need for affordable, easy-to-use HR software to manage the performance review process.
Greg Strange has been in the software industry for 15 years, the last 6 in HR decision support software such as performance management, applicant tracking and career development and succession planning. Recently, he co-founded FireWave Technology as Vice President of Product Strategy and Operations building ClearVision Performance, the first in a long line of much needed HR software tools for small and mid-sized businesses.
